PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! I am Tori, and I’m hoping I can be your new Esthetician! 🤗 I am a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Lash Technician of 5 years, Wax & Skincare specialist and Co-Owner of The Pink House in Leesville, LA! 🎀 ALL SERVICES 🎀 • YOU MUST FILL OUT THE QUESTIONNAIRE & WAIVERS BEFORE COMING TO YOUR APPT! These are sent to you when your appt is booked. • The card on file is used to secure your appt ONLY! No amount is charged until the day of. Methods of payment are Tap Pay, Card, Buy Now Pay Later, CashApp, Apple Pay, Pay Pal & cash. Should you No-Show your appt, 100% of the service amount is charged. Same day cancellations result in 85% of the service amount. • We have a 10 minute grace period with all appts! After 10 minutes, you will need to reschedule and a cancellation fee will be applied. ⏰ • If you are booking more than one service (i.e. lash fill & wax), ensure you are adding BOTH to your cart when scheduling your appt! • Absolutely NO GUESTS or children under the age of 8! Children must be able to accompany themselves in the lobby during their appt. If you are bringing a child, please let me know before hand. 🎀 LASH SERVICES 🎀 • Existing clients, it is IMPERATIVE that you wash your lashes once a day to prevent blepharitis and infections that may develop in your eye. I always clean lashes before each service, but excessive makeup residue and excessive dirt buildup will be charged a $10 fee! 🧼 • Less than 50% of your extensions left will result in a full set if and ONLY if I have time to do the full set! If I am overbooked, this will result in you needing to reschedule. 📆 • Proper lash aftercare is required to maintain retention. • Poor aftercare (oils, rubbing, sleeping habits) is not covered by free fixes. • Clients with eye infections, styes, pink eye, or recent eye surgery will be refused service. • Please disclose pregnancy, allergies, sensitivities, or medications. 🎀 WAX SERVICES 🎀 • Hair must be at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice). • Skin must be clean and free of lotions, oils, or self-tanner. • Clients currently using Retinol, Accutane, antibiotics, or chemical peels must disclose before service. Please understand the appt may need to be rescheduled if any of these treatments are used 7 days prior to service. • Avoid tanning, exfoliating, or shaving 24–48 hours prior. • Services will be refused if there are open wounds, sunburn, rashes, infections, or skin conditions in the treatment area. • Clients must disclose pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions. • Studio reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons. 🎀 SKINCARE SERVICES 🎀 • Clients must complete a skin intake form prior to service. • Please disclose all medications, allergies, pregnancy, and skin conditions. • Failure to disclose may result in modified or refused service for safety. • Avoid retinol, exfoliants, waxing, or chemical peels for at least 3–5 days before your facial. • No sunburns, active breakouts with open skin, or irritation at time of appointment. • Arrive with minimal makeup when possible. • Services will be declined if client presents contagious conditions, open wounds, severe sunburn, or active infections. • Esthetician reserves the right to modify treatments based on skin condition. • Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and home care. • Multiple sessions may be required for desired results. • Home care recommendations should be followed for best outcomes. CANCELLATION POLICY
Sorry to hear about your cancellation! We do charge a 85% cancellation fee within 24 hrs of your appointment. If the payment does not fall through, you will be banned from booking any future appts.
